By checking this box, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Consent to Media Recording. You irrevocably grant Blvck Haven Studio, Blacks in Technology (BITCon), Blvck Spades, and any other parties involved in the organization of the Hackathon (collectively, the "Organizers") the right to photograph, record video, and capture audio of you during the Hackathon.

Usage of Likeness. You consent to the use of your likeness, including but not limited to your name, image, voice, and any other identifiable information, for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use in advertising, social media posts, promotional materials, and any other media or formats now known or hereafter developed.

Perpetuity. You agree that the Organizers may use your likeness in any and all media and formats, in perpetuity, without any further compensation or notice to you.

No Right to Review. You waive any right to review or approve any materials in which your likeness may appear.

Release of Liability. You release and hold harmless the Organizers from any claims, demands, or causes of action that you may have against them arising from the use of your likeness as described above.

By proceeding with your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
